All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your coastal lifestyle needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, Men’s Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
