Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, Men’s Swimwear (from our Men’s Swimwear collection) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for your coastal-style returns:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our coastal style team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Philadelphia headquarters using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items
